Ingredients

1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
olive oil
garlic salt
2 tomatoes
tomato paste
hot dogs
hot dog buns

Preparation

Step 1

Chop green pepper and onion very fine. Saute in a little bit of olive oil. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Chop tomato very fine and add to the onion and pepper along with 2 TBLS tomato paste. Mix together. Cover and let simmer.
Steam or boil hot dogs. When heated through, put in bun and top with tomato/pepper/onions.
