- 2/3 cup natural peanut butter W salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3.5 Oz dark chocolate
- course salt

Step 1
In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, maple syrup and 1 tbsp coconut flour. Add 2nd tbsp coconut flour if batter is runny. the peanut butter mixture should be sticky like a wet cookie dough.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the mixture by the tablespoon onto parchment lined baking dish. slightly flatten the top of each with your finger tips. Place baking sheet into the freezer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over very low heat, stirring frequently. Quickly dip each ball into the chocolate using 2 folks and sprinkle with course salt. place back in freezer for 30-60 minutes. Makes 8 large eggs
