  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Parchment paper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 F. Add the sweet potatoes to a bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Add the olive oil to the bowl and toss to coat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast the sweet potatoes for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
