Ingredients
- 5 Halls sweets
- 3/4 tbsp nibs
- 2/3 oz cocoa powder
- 10 kebab sticks

Preparation
Step 1
For the Fisherman's friend lollipop:
1. Chop up the Hall sweets and divide the pieces into 10 piles between 2 Silpat liners and bake in the oven at 345ºF until they dissolve.
2. Once they have dissolved, use the base of a spoon to press the sweets into the shape of a lollipop and leave to cool.
3. Finish by putting the sticks under the caramel and some grains of nibs on top. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
4. Put the oven for 30 seconds so all the ingredients stick to the lollipop.
Final Steps & Preparation:
1. Serve in a holder for ice lollies.
