Ingredients
- 6 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast in large pieces.
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- pepper to taste
- crushed red chilies (optional)
- to freeze put all ingredients - except lemon juice and cornstarch in a zip lock bag, squeeze out air, seal and freeze upto 3 months.

Step 1
mix ketchup, honey, soy sauce and spices in a bowl. put chicken pieces in crock pot, pour sauce over top, stir to coat all the chicken.
cook on low 6-8 hours
to thicken sauce, stir lemon juice and cornstarch in a small bowl to disolve, then add to chicken, stir well, cook until thickened
