Grape Appetizers with Cream Cheese & Nuts

Ingredients
- 3 pounds grapes (red seedless grapes, separated from stems)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups nuts, finely chopped (pecan, walnut or cashew work well)

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together the mayo and the cream cheese until smooth
Roll the grapes in the cream cheese mixture, coat each grape
Put the chopped nuts on a sheet of wax paper and roll each grape in the nuts so they are coated
On an attractive platter arrange the grapes so they resemble a cluster of grapes, decorate with a couple of green leaves or silk leaves
Place platter loosely covered in the fridge for at least an hour - you want the grapes to be well chilled
