Puerto Rican Flan
- 5 Eggs
- 2 cans of evaporated milk
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Cooking time 80mins
beat eggs slowly while pouring in the condensed milk and evaporated milk and vanilla extract while that's mixing heat the sugar until its caramelized. Pour the sugar in a deep dish let it cool than pour in mixture.
take a lasagna pan put water half way insert the dish, put in oven at 350 degrees let it bake for an hour check with a toothpick if it's clean its ready if not let it cook 15 more minutes.
depending which mold you use you can wait for it to cool and turn upside down and refrigerate.
