Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 -6 large tomatoes, cored, each cut into six wedges

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients for the dressing in a measuring cup and whisk thoroughly to combine. Place the tomatoes in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the dressing. Marinate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.

The leftover marinade can be used to dress a simple lettuce salad.
