Ingredients

  • One 1 lb. bag baby carrots (I would rather use large carrots) peel and quarter
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. house seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. In a large bowl, coat the carrots with the olive oil. Toss with the House Seasoning and place in a 13x9 inch roasting pan. Roast until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss the carrots with the butter and chopped parsley.
