Ingredients

  • For the lemon foam:
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 31/2 tbsp syrup
  • 1 1/2 sheets gelatin (previously rehydrated in cold water)
  • 1 1/2 l ISI foaming canisters
  • 1 N|2O cartridges
  • Sundry:
  • 2 33 cl lagers

Preparation

Step 1

For the lemon foam:
1. Heat the water and dissolve the gelatin in it.
2. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and syrup.
3. Sieve and fill the cartridge using a funnel.
4. Foam and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Final Steps & Preparation:
1. Fill half a tumbler with the lager, making sure that the liquid does not froth.
2. Top with the lemon foam.
