Ingredients

  • 8 frozen Hash Browns
  • 1/3 Pizza Sauce - Tomato / BBQ etc
  • 4 slices salami or 1 slices ham, chopped
  • 1/4 green capsicum, diced
  • 8 olives, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Edam cheese
  • or any pizza toppings you would like

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat grill. Arrange frozen Hash Browns in a single layer on a baking paper lined tray.

2. Place tray under the grill and grill for 5 minutes, then turn the hash browns and grill for a further 5 minutes.

3. Remove tray from the oven and squirt sauce on top of each hash brown and top with salami, capsicum, olives and cheese. (or any other ingredients you would like)

4. Grill for a further 3-5 minutes or until topping is golden and heated through.
