Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 /cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup bran cereal
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
Batter keeps in fridge up to 4 wks.
