Ingredients

    /cup vegetable oil

    cups buttermilk

    eggs, slightly beaten

    cup bran cereal

  • 1

    mashed banana

  • 3/4

    cups chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients with spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Batter keeps in fridge up to 4 wks.
