Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Masa Harina (corn flour, not meal)
- 1/4 cup Multigrain Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese (any type)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Oil or melted Butter (any you prefer)
- 12 Cocktail Dogs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix just until moist. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, lightly saute 12 mini cocktail dogs (you can skip this but I like the flavor it brings out.) Spray 12 cup mini muffin pan with nonstick spray. Spoon batter equally into muffin pan.
Place a cocktail dog in each dollop of batter and press down slightly. Bake 20 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Let cool slightly, remove from pan and serve with hot dog condiments.
