Ingredients
- 1 pkg. banana (orange) cake mix
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- #2 can pineapple (20 oz)
- 1 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped fine
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 1 1/4 cups.
2. Add with eggs to cake mix and beat well.
3. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured pan. Spoon pineapple over batter. Cover with remaining batter.
4. Top with coconut, brown sugar and walnuts. Dribble butter over top.
5. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
*Note one reviewer suggested a 13x9 pan, put butter on bottom, move pineapple around in the butter, put cherries in the middle, top with batter and bake for 30 mins.
