Summertime Veggie Pizza
A delicious appetizer to serve to a crowd. A stand by at every family function.
Recipe from Patti Bareither, Palos Park, IL
- 2 packages of Crescent Rolls
- 2 -8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Diced: (your choice)
- red onion
Press the crescent rolls onto a half sheet cookie sheet and bake as directed. Cool.
Mix together the cream cheese, mayo, minced onion and dill weed. Spread in a thin layer over the cooled crescent rolls.
Top with diced vegetables of your choice.
