Delicious recipe for stuffed shells that use your own choice of jarred spaghetti sauce, which makes it an easy dinner to prepare!

Ingredients
- 6 oz. pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 -15 oz. container of part skim ricotta cheese ( 1 3/4 cup)
- 4 oz. part skim mozzarella (1 cup)
- 3/4 oz. Parmesan, grated (3T)
- 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini, unpeeled
- 1 teaspoon parsley, dried or 1T fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 -15 1/2 oz. jar of spahetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook shells in boiling water according to package directions and drain. Place on waxed paper in a single layer to keep from sticking together.
In medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except the sauce. Mix well. Fill pasta shells with cheese mixture, about 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread sauce in bottom of 8x10 baking dish. Place shells in pan, cheese side facing up. Spoon remaining sauce evenly over the shells.
Cover tightly and bake for 35 minutes.
