Ingredients
- 4 (12 Oz) Evaporated Milk
- 2 (1 Oz) Pkg Hidden Valley dry Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix (not the dip blend)
- 3 C cubed cooked Chicken Or one Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 16 Oz Lasagna Noodles ( I used 9 noodles)
- 2 C Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Evap Milk, Ranch Salad Dressing and Pepper in a sauce pan. Heat over low heat until ingredients dissolved. Simmer uncovered for 25 mins. Stir frequently. Will thicken slightly.
Layer noodles, chicken, sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins. Until bubbles. Let rest 10 mins before serving.
Sauce may curdle. Heat on low and stir stir stir. May curdle after baking but thats ok.
