Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened *
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 ready graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup mini morsels
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- *Soften cream cheese in microwave for 15-20 seconds on high.

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Beat until combined.
Add egg, mixing until just combined.
Toss together 1 cup mini morsels and flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool for 1 hour.
Put 1/2 cup mini morsels and 1/4 cup shipping cream in a bowl.
Microwave 20-30 seconds until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens slightly. Stir.
Spread over cheesecake.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Store in refrigerator.
