Pistachio Dream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (2-layer) yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 8 oz. Club soda
• 2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix with eggs, soda, 1 box pudding, oil and nuts. Bake in greased and floured bundt or tube pan at 375 for 50 minutes.

For frosting: Beat cream, milk, 1 box pudding and sugar till thick and creamy.
