Ingredients
- To make syrup:
- 2 oz rhubarb syrup
- 1 lb rhubarb
- 2 c sugar
- 4 c water
- place ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 mins
- 3 oz vodka
- 3 oz aperol (bitter liquor)
- 3 oz lemon juice
- strawberries & lemon

Step 1
In a saucepan make rhubarb syrup; set aside
In a small wine carafe or pitcher mix rhubarb syrup, vodka, aperol and lemon juice. Add in diced strawberries and lemon slices. Let sit for a few hours so fruit can absorb some of the flavours. Serve over ice and enjoy!
