Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 C fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbl fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbl minced seeded jalapeno chiles (about 2 medium size)
- 1/2 head cabbage, diced
- 1 garlic close, minced

Make one day prior to use.
Mix all in medium bowl, season with salt and pepper, cover and chill.
