Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 30 oz. package of Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
- 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Half of a medium onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- Salt
- Pepper
- Non-stick Cooking Spray

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom of a 9x13” glass baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the Corn Flakes and butter. Spread the hash brown potato mixture into the bottom of the coated glass baking dish. In a small bowl, toss together the Corn Flakes and the melted butter; Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top of the casserole is golden brown.
