Ingredients
- 2 cans whole green chilies
- 1 pound grated jack cheese
- 1 pound grated colby cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Remove all seeds from the chilies. Butter 9x13 baking dish. Layer 1/2 the cheese. Put down the chilies and repeat with the other cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sour cream and salt & pepper to eggs. Pour over cheese and chilie mixture. Bake 350* for 45 minutes or until set.
