Preparation

Step 1

Cut the oranges into thin slices and cut around with scissors to get rid of all the peel and pith (usually S. does it, he loves to be in the kitchen while I cook or bake, he says he entertains me). Do it over the serving platter, don’t loose one drop of the juice. Lay the orange slices on the plate over them the onion rings, sprinkle with salt, pepper, mint and olive oil. Make 3 layers. Put the olives on the top and place the salad into the fridge at least 2 hours but not more.
