- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon
- 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, shelled and halved lengthwise, yolks removed
- salt to taste
- cayenne for garnish

Step 1
in a small bowl, combine the mayo and mustard. press egg yolks through sieve into mixture; blend until smooth. add salt. place egg white halves on serving platter. spoon or pipe yolk mixture into whites. cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until ready to serve. sprinkle with cayenne pepper
