- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup light or white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups raw, spanish peanuts

Step 1
Stir in first 5 ingedients. Stir until mixture reaches 295* on a candy thermometer. Add vanilla, baking soda, and peanuts. Spread brittle out on prepared surface. let cool. Break into pieces and enjoy!
