Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup light or white corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups raw, spanish peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in first 5 ingedients. Stir until mixture reaches 295* on a candy thermometer. Add vanilla, baking soda, and peanuts. Spread brittle out on prepared surface. let cool. Break into pieces and enjoy!
