Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ripe mango, puree
- Topping:
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup ripe mango, puree

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven 350 degrees, or 325 degrees if using dark or nonstick baking pan. Grease bottom of pan.
Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, water and mango puree. Pour into 13x9-inch greased baking pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Topping:
Mix together topping ingredients and let set in refrigerator. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
