- 6 MEDIUM CORNCOBS IN HUSKS
- 1/2 cup hard margarine, softened (butter)
- salt, sprinkle
- pepper, sprinkle

Preparation
Step 1
Pull husks down to end of corncobs, leaving them attached to cobs. Remove and discard silk. Spread margarine evenly on cobs. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Bring husks back up to cover cobs. Preheat barbeque to medium. Place cobs on ungreased grill. Close lid. Cook for about 12 minutes, turning cobs 1/4 turn every 3 minutes, until tender. Remove and discard husks.
