Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hard margarine
- 1/2 lb fresh white mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz block of cream cheese, cut up
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 white sandwich loaf (sliced) crusts removed
- 1/2 cup hard margarine/butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Melt first amount of margarine in frying pan on medium. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until onion is softened.
Add next 5 ingredients. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Cool
Roll bread slice with rolling pin. Divide and spread mushroom mixture on each bread slice. Roll up. Brush with second amount of margarine. Cut each roll into 3 pieces. Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until toasted.
MAKE AHEAD:
Arrange uncut, unbaked rolls in single layer on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Transfer frozen rolls to resealable freezer bag. Freeze for up to 1 month. Just before serving cut partially thawed rolls into 3 pieces. Bake as directed.
