  • 5 medium baking potatoes, baked and cooled
  • 1/4 cup hard margarine
  • seasoned salt, sprinkle

Step 1

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half in half lengthwise. Cut all 20 strips in half crosswise, for a total of 40 pieces. Scoop away most of the potato, leaving a thin layer on each skin.

Brush both sides with margarine. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place, skin-side up on ungreased baking shet. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 10 to 15 minutes until crips.
