Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1 cup grated mozazarella cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • (or 2 tbsp dry)
  • 1 tsp dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • baguette bread loaf (aboaut 24-27 inches)
  • 1/3 cup hard margarine, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in small bowl.

Cut baguette into 1 inche slices. Divide and spread margarine on 1 side of each slice. Place, buttered side up, on ungreased baking sheet. Divide and spread tomato mixture on bread slice. Bake in 350 oven for about 15 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
