Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions (large)
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 24 oz. elbow macarone

Preparation
Step 1
Chop peppers, onions and celery; combine with ground beef and brown in heavy skillet. Stir frequently. Cook macaroni according to directions on package, drain well. Combine all ingredients, including the stewed tomatoes, and put in large casserole or baking pan.
Salt and Pepper to taste. You may wish to add a bit of chili powder for that spicy taste. Heat in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes. This serves 12 generously, but may be cut in half to serve 6.
