  • 4 oz. can of medium shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup peeled and diced cooking apple
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 - 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1

Line sherbet glasses with lettuce. Divide shrimp over lettuce, saving a few for garnish if desired.

Combnine remaining 7 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon sauce over shrimp.
