- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping
- 1 pkg. bow tie(boiled)
- 1-cup cooking sherry
- 2 cups chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup parmesan
- 3 oz. mushrooms

Melt butter, flour & seasons until smooth & bubbly.
Remove from heat & stir in broth, cream & sherry.
Heat to boil.
Stir in remaining ingredients & mix well.
Sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
