Ingredients

  • 6 TBSP HARD MARGARINE, SOFTENED
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 instant butterscotch pudding powder
  • 1 bsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and brown sugar together in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Add milk. mix.

Combine remaining 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Make a well in centre. Add margarine mixture to well. Stir until just moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 400 oven for about 18 minutes.
