Ingredients
- Crust:
- lb. graham crackers
- 1/2 lb. graham crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Filling:
- Three 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 stiffly-beaten egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 large package frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- red cake coloring

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Roll crumbs. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Mix with butter and press to sides and bottom of a spring-form pan. Chill.
Filling:
Cream cheese. Add sugar and egg yolks, and beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites and add vanilla. Pour into shell and bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Cool 10 minutes. Add topping and bake 5 min. longer. Serve chilled.
Topping:
Cook ingredients and stir until thick. Add to cheesecake as directed above.
