Ingredients

  • 4 lbs bone-in chicken parts, skin removed
  • 14 oz. can of whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken in single layer in ungreased medium roaster.

Combine next 6 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon over chicken, making sure each piece is coated. Cover. Bake in 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. until tender. Remove chicken to warm platter. Spoon sauce over top.
