Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

Preparation
Step 1
1. Puree 1/2 cup raspberries, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor until combined.
2. Combine greens, mango, avocado and onion. Pour dressing on top and toss.
3. Divide onto salad plates.Top with remaining respberries and sprinkle with nuts.
