- 2 lb chicken
- peppers
- broccoli (steam first)
- onions
- mushrooms
- carrots

Step 1
Strain rice and cook the day before if possible. Cook chicken on high in saute pan with sesame seed oil in pan 2-3 minutes each side. Add pepper and coat with soy sauce. Cook and cover over medium heat until chicken cooked through. Transfer chicken to large stock pot. Cook veggies in saute pan just like chicken: sesame seed, pepper, and soy sauce. Add rice, veggies, butter & eggs (2 eggs for each cup of rice). Add a little sugar. Add lemon if too salty.
