Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 container of cool whip

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour and 3/4 cup walnuts. Press in a 13x9 pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
In a medium bowl whisk together pudding and milk til thick.
In another bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and half the cool whip.
Put 1/2 the cream cheese in bottom of pie crust, next add chocolate pudding and finish with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining walnuts.
Refrigerate over night.
