- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp minced fresh basis or 2 tsps dried basil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar

Step 1
Place the tomatoes in a shallow serving dish. In a bowl, mix oil, basil, vinegar and sugar. Pour over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
