Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Lb hot Italian sausages, casings removed, chopped
- 2 Cans diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 10 oz can condensed beef broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 7 1/2 oz Can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in medium frying pan on medium. Add sausage.
Scramble-fry for 8-10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain. Transfer to crock pot
Add next 10 ingredients.
Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours
Make about 9 1/3 cups
Divide and ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with cheese
