Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz.) cans peach halves, drained, divided
- 1 (11.5-oz.)cans peach nectar, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar divided
- 1 (750-ml) bottle chilled sparkling wine or Champagne
- *Note: 6 fresh peaches, peeled and halved, may be substituted for canned peaches and 2 (12-oz.) cans chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda may be substituted for sparkling wine.

Preparation
Step 1
In the container of a blender, combine half each of peaches, peach nectar, and sugar; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Repeat procedure with remaining peach halves, nectar, and sugar. In a pitcher, place peach mixture. Gently stir in sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
