Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
- 1 T. onion flakes
- 1/4 parmesan or romano cheese
- 2 T. parsley
- 1 T. basil
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 3 T. ketchup
- 1 t. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat, cheese, seasonings and egg. Form into balls. Press lightly. Drop into a pot of hot spaghetti sauce. Simmer on stove for 45 minutes until meatballs are cooked. Serve on cooked spaghetti noodles and top with more parmesan cheese. Serves 4 - 6.
