Ingredients
- Chocolate Mint:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 drops Lorann peppermint oil
- 1 lb dark chocolate
- Nutella:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 lb dark chocolate (pieces)
- Mimosa:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup champagne
- 1 tbsp orage icing fruits
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 4 tbsp unsalted room temp butter
- 2 lbs white chocolate
- Strawberry:
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp strawberry icing fruits
- 1 1/2 lbs white chocolate
- Spice:
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsps chai spice*
- 1 1/2 lbs white chocolate
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsps ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp finely ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream to a boil. Add flavor combination. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit for three minutes then stir with a rubber spatula until smooth.
