Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 c strawberry preserves
- 1/8 tsp red food coloring
- Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 c strawberries
- sugar

Step 1
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, reduce liquid by 1/3 c and add strawberry preserves and food coloring. Bake at 350* in 2 9-inch cake pans. Cool. Makes two cakes. Top each with cool whip and prepared berries.
