Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and meat cut into chunks
- 2 cups spaghetti, broken and cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken breasts and cut meat into chunks. Boil broken spaghetti. Combine chicken, spaghetti, chopped pimento, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add chicken broth, Velveeta, salt and pepper and stir until Velveeta is melted into mixture.
Bake in a greased 9" x 13" casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 - 8.
