Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Line broiler pan with foil and set aside.

2. In medium bowl, mix Parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper.

3. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in mustard. Toss chicken wings in butter mixture.

4. Roll wings, several at once, in Parmesan coating, pressing to adhere to chicken. Place in single layer on prepared broiler pan.

5. Bake until juices run clear when pricked with fork and coating starts to turn golden brown, about 22 minutes.
