- 6 pita breads (1pkg)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbs olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1) heat oven to 375. cut breads in half to form semicircles; pull each apart into 2 separate pieces.
2) stir together garlic and oil in small bowl. using pastry brush, brush rough (inner) side of each piece of bread very lightly with oil mixture. stack all of the pita pieces; cut into thirds, forming wedge shapes. spread out in single layer on 2 large baking sheets.
3) bake in 375 oven 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. serve warm with dips.
